In this class you will learn how to choose a selection of cheeses and charcuterie as well as how to arrange them creatively on a board. You'll discover techniques such as making salami roses and slicing cheeses and fruits. All supplies and materials needed for the class are provided along with comprehensive instruction. Additionally you will receive one complimentary glass of wine.
