Learn how to create a charcuterie board from the best! Our guest instructor, Ashley Lea of Charcuter-Lea, will be here to teach our Members how to prep, set-up and design beautiful charcuterie boards for $65 per person. Each guest will take home and enjoy their own edible art creation!The first 30 minutes will serve as a social mix and mingle and the class will start promptly at 6:30 p.m.
Ingredients used: salami*, brie cheese, dill havarti cheese, bellavitano merlot cheese, blueberry vanilla goat cheese, manchego cheese, nuts, chocolate, fruit and crackers.
