About this Event
Join us to learn creative, easy ways to create charcuterie boards for the holidays, and everyday! Tips will be shared for sizing your boards from serving 2 people to 200 people! Have you ever seen an entire dining room table converted into a charcuterie board? Want to make a board for a child's party? Movie night? Football game. Over 20 ideas will be shared.The best part --- after the boards are created, attendees enjoy the food!Attendees will receive a custom book with ideas for all the boards we will cover, where to get your "ingredients", modifications for healthier options (such as uncured meats, etc - and where to shop for them). The book also will have room for you to jot down notes.The class is presented by Candice Berthold, owner of The Olive and The Grape. The class will be held at Unique Live Edge Tables. Unique Live Edge Tables is under new ownership, John Fisher, and is now located on Mayfield Rd in Chesterland.This event is by pre-paid reservations only. Fee $30, which includes the presentation, food, book and an enjoyable afternoon!
