Our expert instructors from Beehive Charcuterie and Encounter Wine will lead an engaging board building workshop, and help you pair delicious charcuterie with perfectly curated wines. This event will be held in a private residence in Federal Heights, SLC. The address will be shared with you after tickets are purchased.
What can you expect at our Charcuterie Board Building + Wine Pairings Workshop?
· 1.5 hour hands-on instruction filled with tips, tricks, and techniques from the business owners of Beehive Charcuterie and Encounter Wine
· A charcuterie kit that includes a sustainable palm leaf platter and all of the ingredients and supplies you'll need to create your board
· Four tastings of carefully curated wines that pair well with your charcuterie boards; each pairing will delve into the wines’ flavor profiles and characteristics
· Informative takeaways with valuable info on charcuterie pairings and serving sizes
· Raffle drawing for a fabulous prize!

Attendance: Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled in. We like to start right on time!
Cancellation and Transfer Policy: While we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, your ticket is fully transferable to another lucky person. Just ask the person attending in your place to provide the name of the ticket holder upon check in.
