Learn how to make a variety of small bites to serve with cheeses and meats. Hone your new entertaining skills by learning the common types of meats and cheeses and how to pair them.
Have loved ones with dietary restrictions? No worries, we will highlight recipes that are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free friendly!
On the Menu*:
Lemon-Thyme marinated mushrooms
Mesquite crackers
Strawberry ginger jam
Sweet and spicy baked nut mix
Additional Information:
- Class fee of $60.00 per participant includes lunch of all dishes made.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Please see our Family Classes Collection for youth-appropriate classes.
Cancellation policy:
Due to the small class sizes and nature of planning for fresh ingredients, refund/transfer requests made less than 2 weeks before the class date may not be accepted. Note that refunds may not include the Eventbrite processing fee.
