Join us for our first ever dairy free tasting! In our Charcuterie 101 Class, we will dive into some of the finest small batch meats from around the globe and here in Texas. We work with experts like Smoking Goose, La Quercia, Texas Iberico, Underground Meats, Olympia Provisions , The Salumieria, and Visca Charcuterie (to name a few) . In this class we will discuss the definition of charcuterie, the different styles of curing meat and the stories of producers who are pioneering the industry and living out our mission, "Do Good Eat Good". Each plate will include five cured meats, two conservas (tinned fish), three pickled items, mustard, Spanish corn nuts, and Easy Tiger Baguette.
Note: This is a dairy-free class. No cheese will be served. We'll be discussing in depth what the word "charcuterie" means, but it does not refer to cheese (despite it's current misuse).

Here are the details!
1. GET YOUR CHEESE:
a)Contactless Curbside pickup at 500 Park Blvd from 1-5pm the day of your event.
b) Contactless direct to door delivery available for $12-30 at checkout (through Favor Fleet or local courier Dropoff).
2. TUNE IN:
a)The morning of your event, we will send a reminder email that includes the link. A few minutes before the event starts, open the email and click on the Zoom link provided.
b) Class about to start and you have technical questions please call 512-333-2344
Expect the tasting to be about 45 min, followed by a 15 min Q&A. You can opt to have your camera on or off and interact as much as you want. Of course, if you have questions throughout the tasting, type them in and your mongers will answer them! It is an interactive, fun, and educational way to engage in the community. We look forward to getting cheese-y with you!
