About this Event
Join Jamie on a meditative sound healing journey in a stunning and acoustically marvelous chapel. The crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit.
This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care.
This event will be held in a beautiful vineyard resort surrounded by stunning artwork, crystals, sculptures, and sonic labyrinth.
Location and Parking:
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
When you arrive, make a left at self parking. Drive until you see a driveway on the right and park anywhere in the parking lot around the area. Walk down the driveway and you will see the chapel on your right.
If you have any questions on directions once you have arrived, you may check in at the front desk and they will be guide you to the chapel.
What to bring:
- A yoga mat
- A water bottle
- Layers of clothing and/or a blanket (to adjust to any temperature changes)
- Eye pillow (we will have some available if you don’t have one)
Please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume and cologne.
