On this experiential day, we shall be encountering the 4 ancient elements of Fire, Earth, Air and Water, and building a relationship with them. As well as seeking Otherworldly guidance, through journeying to the drum.
The experience of the earth as both alive and sacred was a revelation to Barry Goddard in the 1990s, after years of Buddhist practice had left him thoroughly out of sorts. He has written a number of books, including The Medicine Wheel. He is also an astrologer. He has a youtube channel, Chaos_Shamanism.
The day will last from 10am to 5pm.
