Modern day life is fast-paced and stressful. A great way to quiet your mind, slow down, and get in-tune with your inner-self is sound healing. This session offers movement therapy accompanied by gentle sounds like humming and repeating of chakra bijas. After we’re all comfortable with our own sounds, we’ll have some fun with simple mantra meditations as a group.
