About this Event
In this study-at-your-own-pace online course, we will learn about the body-mind through the lens of Chinese Medicine's 12 meridians. Divided into three families of life principles, each set of four channels gives us insight into how we can have fuller embodiment in our own lives, and greater freedom amidst life's inevitable struggles.
Class content:
We will study 12 meridians over this course - content is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine references as well as Shiatsu practitioner Mike Mandl's excellent book, Meridians: Maps of the Soul. The book is recommended as a companion if you'd like to take your study further.
As the course material is presented, you will be given suggestions and exercises for how you can embody these life principles in everyday life. A discussion forum will be available for questions and conversation about the content.
