Channeling can sometimes be seen as a mystifying process reserved for a few elite individuals with special gifts. But the truth is that each of us has the ability to access higher dimensional wisdom and to express that wisdom whether it be in written or spoken word, artistic mediums such as painting, dance or music, or through our relationships and the way we live and create our home, work, and communities.
There’s also sometimes the perception that we need to practice deep meditation or have some sort of mountain-top experience to channel. The truth is that channeling is something that we can readily do in our daily lives. And, as we begin to connect beyond ourselves, we find that our lives become more expanded, intentional, and creative.
In this class, we will demystify channeling and learn what it is, how we channel, and why we channel. Importantly, we’ll discuss the biggest roadblock to channeling – our minds and our beliefs – and how we can get these out of the way.
We’ll discuss channeling and your human (that’s you by the way!) because channeling is very much an embodied process. Throughout, we’ll have chances to practice different types of channeling and to hear from Chardon, the collective channeled by Mary Jo.
