There are several changes which will create a Register fit for the future. Join us to find out more about what this means for you as a registrant.

About this event

This will give you a chance to hear and ask questions about the new changes including:

Register parts reducing from 23 to four
annual declaration, removing the need for registrants to renew registration every three or five years
applying for registration within three months of starting a new role
the Register search on the SSSC website
qualifications and skills
flexibility of qualifications
continuous professional learning (CPL) requirements
return to practice (RTP) requirements for social workers
the revised Codes of Practice.
