Join us every week for an uplifting and transformative evening of life coaching, designed to help you explore who you are, what you want, and how to live with more clarity, joy and purpose.
Led by psychotherapist and Stress Solutions Coach Suzy Beaumont alongside Life Coach Alisdair Stewart, these sessions are a blend of guided coaching, meaningful conversation, and shared reflection. Each week we’ll explore thought-provoking themes such as self-discovery, resilience, relationships, purpose, and living with intention. It’s not a lecture and it’s not therapy — it’s a safe, supportive and non-judgemental group where you can be yourself, learn from others, and take away practical tools to use in everyday life.
The atmosphere is friendly and sociable, with teas and coffees included in the £10 per person cost. While the themes we cover are deeply enriching, the evenings are also full of lightness, laughter and connection. You’ll leave each week feeling clearer, more energised, and reminded that you don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Week two - Waking Up to Your Life – Explore awareness as the first step to change: noticing thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
Week 3 - Core Values: Your Compass – Identify the principles that give life meaning and guide decisions.
Week 4 - Stories We Tell Ourselves – Discover how inner narratives shape reality, and how to rewrite unhelpful scripts.
Week 5 - Emotional Awareness – Learn to recognise and name emotions without being ruled by them.
Week 6 -Body-Mind Connection – Explore how physical health underpins mental clarity and emotional balance.
Week 7 - Limiting Beliefs & Saboteurs – Shine a light on the hidden thoughts that keep you stuck.
Week 8 - Fear, Doubt & Resistance – Understand the role of fear and how to move through it with courage.
Week 9 - Boundaries & Energy – Learn the art of protecting your energy by saying no (without guilt).
Week 10 - Healing & Forgiveness – Release the weight of past hurts to reclaim freedom.
Week 11 - Stress & Burnout – Practical tools for calming the nervous system and replenishing energy.
Week 12 - Self-Compassion – Build a kinder, gentler relationship with yourself.
