In this half day meditation course, Kadampa Teacher, Inkeri Meharg will share Buddhist methods on how to change our perspective on life’s inevitable challenges. We usually think that our problems and unhappiness are caused by other people, by difficult situations or by society, but Inkeri will explain how these are only secondary causes. If we change our mind, external problems have no power to make us unhappy.
Through meditation we can cultivate positive and beneficial states of mind to gradually replace our ordinary view. Then we can begin to understand how changing our mind can change our actual experience of the world.
