About this Event
Change Management Strategies for Fundraisers
Chris LeBlanc, Director of Stewardship and Development, Diocese of Peterborough

Whereas project management deals with the technical side of change, change management is an enabling framework for managing the people side of change. for a change to be successful, we must prepare, equip, and support individuals so that they successfully adopt the change. Without adoption, changes will not be successful and will not deliver the desired outcomes.

During this session, we will discuss:

  • The case for change management (increasing project success and organizational capacity for managing change)
  • The four keys to change success (defining success, leadership/sponsorship, project management, change management)
  • How to assess project health
  • Eliminating barriers and building engagement (the five stages of change adoption)
