The Queensland Treasury Corporation and The University of Queensland Business School have collaborated to create a program that will encompass:
- Applying principles of sound Change Management to minimise the probability of failure
- Benchmarking best industry practices in change planning for improved stakeholder management
- Integrate Change Management strategies to manage both the technical and human sides of project processes.
