About this Event
An often forgotten but still incredibly important project management function is change management. Change management is the process which general contractors and subcontractors handle changes to the contract. These changes can often result delays and losses, and if not handled properly, eat away profit margins, hurt reputations, and force contractors to pay liquidated damages. This class series will demystify change orders and claims by providing attendees tried and true methodologies for handling changes on the project.
