Chancery Law Corporation Mid-year talk 2024

In this invitation-only seminar, we will go through and discuss the topic of joint venture agreements in the construction industry. Among others, we will touch on the reasons why construction companies set up a joint venture, how a joint venture is set up, the usual commercial terms that parties may want to consider for a joint venture, and how disputes between joint venture partners may arise.

This mid-year seminar will be an in-person event. As seats are limited to 50 persons, if you wish to attend, please kindly make your registration as soon as possible*.

There will be a tea break in the middle of our session where refreshments will be provided and we look forward to seeing you on 28 June 2024.

* If there are more than 4 persons from your organisation who wish to attend, please kindly reserve four tickets first and email us separately on the number of additional attendees who wish to attend. We will see if we can accommodate the additional attendees.
