Champions of the Heart Training CPR Training
Come join us at the Spartan Men's Basketball Practice Gym for a FREE bystander hands-on CPR training session! Learn life-saving skills from our experienced instructors and become a champion of the heart. This in-person event will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to act quickly in emergency situations. Training does not provide formal CPR certification

Located inside the Michigan State University Men's Basketball Practice Gym
Please choose one session time that works best for you and arrive 15 minutes prior to your selected session.
Training Session Times:
- Session #1: 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
- Session #2: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
- Session #3: 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
- Session #4: 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
- Optional Session: 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.
