Learning and discussing best practices for advocating for social mobility from within your organisation
About this Event

Recognising the critical role of internal advocacy for social mobility, we are thrilled to bring together social mobility and socioeconomic background networks and other internal diversity and inclusion advocates from top graduate employers to showcase best practices, share collective experiences, and foster opportunities for collaboration.
The event will take place on the 1st May, between 8.30am and 10.30am and is kindly hosted by Bank of America (2 King Edward St, London EC1A 1HQ).
We’ll have key speakers and a panel discussion (including Q&A) with social mobility network co-chairs and internal advocates, providing you with insights on promoting social mobility within your organisation and how best to support staff from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. There will also be a networking breakfast and table discussions for you to engage with other networks and advocates, as well as the opportunity to hear from upReach Alumni about their experiences entering the workplace.
We very much hope that you will be able to join us. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about innovative approaches to social mobility across industries, to contribute to the wider discussion and meet other like minded advocates looking to make the workplace more inclusive.

The capacity for this event is 65 attendees - once this capacity is filled we will have sign-ups available for a waiting list.
