This free event is to learn about long term planning for individuals with developmental or intellectual differences or disabilities as they age, such as legal, housing, finances, & medical.Seats are limited, save your spot now! Families, caregivers and people living with disabilities are encouraged to attend to learn the basics of life planning as you age. Topics will include legal steps, trust services, power of attorney, self-advocacy, resources connection, & planning tools. Each participant will learn how to develop a personalized transition plan.
