We are delighted to introduce Apanage Brut 1874, the latest creation from Maison Pommery, crafted by Cellar Master Clément Pierlot. This special cuvée celebrates the 150th anniversary of Madame Pommery’s invention of Brut Champagne and is a bold step into the 21st century.
Inspired by tradition but modern in execution, Apanage Brut 1874 highlights the Maison’s Réserve Perpétuelle, paying homage to its legacy by integrating superb vintages such as 2018, 2015, and 2012. The blend focuses on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the best terroirs, with touches of Meunier from the Montagne de Reims and Grande Vallée de la Marne.
Aged for 48 months in the historical Butte Saint-Nicaise chalk pits, this cuvée embodies remarkable freshness, tension, and minerality, presenting a contemporary take on Brut Champagne.
Join us for a tasting with Pauline Vranken, as she presents this stunning new Champagne, a tribute to Maison Pommery’s enduring commitment to excellence.
