We will take a wine journey to Champagne, this special part of France to explore the region's rich and fascinating history and unique terroir. Learn about how this delicious bubbly is made, the region's dedication to sustainability, and sample a selection of different styles of champagne, from youthful and approachable to elegant and complex.

Try and learn about other sparkling wines around the world and how they are made - and what makes them different and specal.
