Seven exceptional champagnes, personally selected by Marcell, Mathieu and Jimmy, will be paired alongside a tasting menu prepared by the team at the newly revamped, Chianti Classico. Enjoy the best of South Australia with contemporary and Italian inspired cuisine.
All champagnes will be served in the spirit of generosity with full, 100ml pours.
