About the Instructor – Sheryl Fiore:
Sheryl Fiore is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over 30 years of experience in yoga, energy healing, and holistic wellness. A master-level Reiki practitioner and founder of Yogacademy’s advanced teacher training program, Sheryl blends classical yogic tradition with integrative healing practices. She has trained in India, taught at the Himalayan Institute, and been featured in Yoga International Magazine for her alignment expertise. Her classes offer a nurturing, restorative experience rooted in deep knowledge and personal healing.
