Champagne and the Great Sparkling Wines of the World (Public Series!)

Buying a ticket grants you admission to this four-part series from 6 pm to 9 pm on Fridays. The dates are 10/4 – 10/11 – 10/18 – 10/25.

France’s Champagne region produces arguably, the world’s finest sparkling wines. It is the role-model to the world and it’s major grape varieties are Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. In this four-session series we will explore Champagne’s history, how this unique wine evolved and how it’s process has been adapted around the world to great effect.

*You must be at least 21 years old to attend this class. Your age will be verified in person.*

Classes are held in person at the Institute of Culinary Education at 521 E. Green Street Pasadena, CA 91101.
