Champagna's Drag Brunch

The $55 brunch includes the fabulous drag show by Champagna and her guests, one brunch item from the menu below, a mimosa or juice and coffee!

Known as the fashion icon of Toronto, Champagna is the Bent Beauty Supreme 2019, has walked the runway for Hayley Elsaeser and opened for the likes of: Detox, Bob the Drag Queen, Kimchi, Thorgy Thor and Alyssa Edwards. When she’s not holding court in Toronto’s west end, Champagna spends her time focusing on queer storytelling in film and television with an emphasis on real life stories and normalizing the queer experience. Most recently Champagna starred in the CBC GEM Original “QUEENS” as Elaina Love. Watch out for Champagna as “The Divine” in her own 12 episode series “WOMB ENVY”, slated for production this fall.

Brunch Menu


Poached eggs served on top of a corn tostada topped with salsa fresca, chorizo sausages and avocado with refried black beans topped with queso fresco and side of hash browns.


Scrambled eggs, homemade hash browns, smoked bacon strips & sourdough toast brushed with olive oil.


Corn tortilla chips simmered in salsa roja, served with carne asada and a poached egg, topped with sour cream, queso fresco and red onion slivers.

(Go vegan by substituting portobellos mushrooms for the carne asada and vegan cheese instead of queso fresco)


Balsamic-marinated roasted portobello mushrooms, filled with sautéed spinach, sun-dried tomatoes & artichoke hearts, topped with balsamic glaze and vegan feta. Served on homemade hash browns.


Buttermilk-marinated fried chicken breast dipped in Canadian maple syrup served between toasted Belgian waffles topped with Swiss cheese and maple bacon and homemade fries.


Homemade fries, topped with three chicken fingers dipped in Canadian maple syrup, toasted Belgian waffles fingers and bacon bits.


Two Belgian waffles topped with fresh berries, kiwi and served with fresh whipped cream.
