Chamber Choir & Concert Choir will perform a program of Romantic-era music, featuring works by leading composers of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, including Felix Mendelssohn, Gabriel Fauré, Johannes Brahms, Sir Arthur Sullivan (of Gilbert & Sullivan fame), Charles Villiers Stanford, Claude Debussy, and two iconic works from the Russian Orthodox sacred tradition by Mikhael Ippolitov-Ivanov and Sergei Rachmaninoff. The Brahms selections come from his famous Liebeslieder Waltzes for choir and 4-hand piano accompaniment, which will be played by Stacey Edwards and LeeArron Klosterman.Tickets available through the College of Fine Arts Box Office located at Sursa Hall starting August 1.
