Please use this form to register for participation in the 2025 Chamber Ambassadors Golf Outing.
Cost to participate is $600 per foursome. This includes golf, cart, lunch, 1 pink tee, 2 mulligans, and $10 in raffle tickets per golfer.
If you do not have a foursome but are interested in playing, please contact Sarah Smith at the Chamber to be added to the sub list.
