About this Event
Inspired by Robert-Biswas-Diener's book, 'Positive Provocation: 25 Questions to Elevate your Coaching Practice', very experienced Leadership Coaches Kim Gregory and Gill How will challenge the attendees and themselves to explore what coaching constructs they currently hold close as unexamined 'truths' maybe emanating from childhood or professional training, and explore their relevance, resonance, resistance etc.
The session will be enormously interactive, in breakouts and in plenary and involve minimal 'teaching' as the facilitators are as interested in exploring these topics with you for themselves as they are in enabling you to explore them!
Kim and Gill are both experienced Leadership Coaches who are dedicated to their own personal development and who relish exploring the different, the new, the challenging and the controversial.
They've both been members of the SECG since 2007, when the group was founded (Kim co-founded it with Angela O'Connell).
Inspired by Robert Biswas-Diener's book 'Positive Provocations', they're here today to explore and learn alongside you, not teach you.
Kim has been coaching since 1998 and specialises in coaching Headteachers in both the state and independent sectors, as well as charity / not-for-profit CEOs and COOs. She's well on her way to becoming a trauma-responsive coach, with mental health, suicide prevention and somatic practice qualifications and experience.
