About this Event

Roundtables at the Business Agility Institute are facilitated, open conversations designed to explore a specific topic in business agility. It's an online opportunity to both learn from and share with others in the community. A flexible agenda, lightweight facilitation, and participants ready to connect.

Roundtable Description

Since 2018, the annual Business Agility Report has highlighted the trends, challenges, and successes made by organizations on a journey towards greater business agility. In that time, over 2200 organizations have shared their experiences and insights.

When we released the 2024 Business Agility Report in November, the results were not what we expected. Companies report facing new challenges in their business agility journey, and 2 out of 3 of the key success factors are new as well. We are operating in a world of change, and the Business Agility Report reflects that.

Join us for a Roundtable to explore two specific areas of the report:

The top challenges facing organizations adopting business agility - what (or who) are the major impediments? What needs to change?
The 3 success factors for business agility - what do companies with high levels of maturity have in common? How can this help your organization?
