Andrea Pierce, Executive Director of Black Entrepreneur Knowledge Hub, has years of experience building black businesses' capacity in procurement. Andrea has hosted the Small Business Information Expo (SBIE) with Personal Access Code (PAC) for several years and worked with Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on the social procurement pilot for Black businesses.
