Challenge training ride to get the legs moving.

Hi all. Kicking off the training rides for 2025 meeting at the Pilgrims Hospice car park in Ashford at 1pm with a meet and greet. We’ll then make sure everyone’s ok with some basic skills of Puncture repairs, road worthiness of bikes, helmets are safely secure and group riding details. We’ll then take on a 10-12 mile loop and see how everyone gets on. The rides will increase with each one we take building up the miles for the cyclists taking on the longer challenges. We look forward to seeing you there. This is weather dependent and if any warnings are in place this will be postponed. He will also come to your home or work to service the bike for you.
