It's nearly time for Challenge Canberra!Grab your mates! We need at least 5 volunteers at a time to help man an aid station on the run course for the long course races on Sunday from 8.30am - 1pm (in shifts).
Let us know if you can help out (and how long for...We'll try to get a few shifts of 2-3 hours so people can come and go).
