Calling all artists interested in participating in the first Chalk the Walk at the Arboretum. Applications to register will be available in June at the Welcome Center. Artists will be chosen on a first come basis (up to 50 spots available). Artists provide their own chalk and arrive Saturday morning at 8:30 to begin their drawings. Drawings will finished by 1:00 PM and public judging will begin at 1:30 on Saturday through Friday, August 9th. Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be announced on Saturday, August 10th!
