3- Sound Healing Instruments: A variety of sound healing instruments are used, including:
- Singing bowls: These produce resonant vibrations that can help to balance and harmonize the chakras.
- Other instruments following the facilitator practice
4- Guided Meditation or Relaxation: The facilitator may guide participants through a meditation or relaxation technique to prepare them for the sound healing experience.
5- Sound Bath: The main part of the event involves the sound bath. Participants lie down or sit comfortably while the facilitator plays the various instruments. The vibrations from the instruments will wash over the body, promoting relaxation and healing.
6- Integration: After the sound bath, participants may be given a few moments to integrate the experience. This may involve journaling, meditation, or simply reflecting on their feelings.
7- Try the instruments : you will be welcome to try the instruments during the last 15 min of the event
