Michelle and Karla, both certified in yoga and reiki, invite you to join them for an enlightening session of Chakras, Sound Bowls, and Reiki on Sunday, May 5th at 2pm. During this 90-minute class, you will experience a practice focused on full-body relaxation. Crystal sound bowls will fill the room with harmonious frequencies, while Reiki techniques work to unblock and balance each chakra center.
Throughout the session, you will be guided through different breathing techniques and positive affirmations.
Everyone is welcome to join in on this nourishing experience. (No prior knowledge of chakras or reiki is necessary!)
