PROGRAM : Starts with breathwork & BIJA mantras, also known as seed of meditation mantras, are single-syllable sounds or syllables associated with specific chakras in meditation.They are considered the "seed" or essence of the chakra's energy. Chanting or meditating on these BIJA mantras is believed to activate and balance the energy of the corresponding chakras.
1. **LAM:** Associated with the Root Chakra.
2. **VAM:** Associated with the Sacral Chakra.
3. **RAM:** Associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra.
4. **YAM:** Associated with the Heart Chakra.
5. **HAM:** Associated with the Throat Chakra.
6. **OM or AUM:** Associated with the Third Eye Chakra.
7. **OM or AUM:** Also associated with the Crown Chakra.
<h4>IN THE GENTLE HUM OF CRYSTAL BOWLS, WITNESS THE BALLET OF CHAKRAS FINDING THEIR EQUILIBRIUM."</h4>In the Chakra sound meditation by Scott, crystal bowls are tuned to specific chakra points, beginning with the root chakra (associated with the Prana mudra and red color). As Scott plays each bowl, he guides the energy through the chakras—navel, solar plexus—culminating at the crown chakra. Each stage is accompanied by a unique affirmation and color, reinforcing the sequence: "I am" for root, "I feel" for navel, and "I do" for solar plexus and so fort.
Gongs are often used in chakra sound baths to create a immersive and resonant experience.
The vibrations produced by gongs are thought to help balance and align the energy centers (chakras) in the body.
Each gong has a unique frequency, and the sound is believed to have a therapeutic effect on both the physical and energetic levels.
During a chakra sound bath, the gongs are played in a way that corresponds to the different chakras, enhancing the overall meditation or healing session.
