In this workshop, David will guide participants in demystifying the chakra system, equipping them to confidently share these teachings with the general public. David will introduce practical strategies and accessible concepts for therapists, healers, yoga teachers, and seekers who wish to incorporate this wisdom into their work.

David Meyer, LCSW, is a psychotherapist and yoga instructor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and groups. He has worked across multiple levels of care and has taught yoga to diverse populations in both community and clinical settings.
