Chakras are the subtle psychic centers of the personality, and they deal with the distribution of energy and consciousness in all the levels of experience, from physical to spiritual.Tattwas are the elements that constitute creation and are deeply connected to chakras. The condition of purity and harmony of Chakras and Tattwas improves general health, positivity, and luminosity experienced and expressed in life.
The seminar will include practical and theoretical sessions, the practice of asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, and meditation. On Saturday evening collective practice of Havan with Mahamrityunjaya mantra and on Sunday, at the conclusion, there will be a Satsang.

SWAMI ANANDANANDA SARASWATI was born in 1951. He met his guru and spiritual master, Swami Satyananda Saraswati, in 1979 and in 1980 was initiated into the tradition of Sannyasa.

Since 1980, he has been teaching and spreading yoga under the instructions of his guru, specialising in the advanced techniques of yoga like kriya yoga, tattwa shuddhi, nada yoga, mantra and other techniques of meditation according to the SATYANANDA YOGA tradition.
In 1982, he founded the “Scuola di Yoga Satyananda Ashram Italia” and the following year, the publishing house “Edizioni Satyananda Ashram Italia”. He has given accounts seminars and workshops at international conferences in Europe, India, Australia, Colombia and South Africa. He conducts yoga teacher training courses and in service training lectures and seminar on different aspects and branches of yoga.
Attends and participates in events and programs held at Munger and Rikhia on regular basis.
Since 2013 is a Member of the Yoga Vidya Council and he is also a Member of the Governing Body of Satyananda Yoga Academy Europe.
