Class Description:
In this class, we will dive deep into the Root Chakra, the foundation of your energy system. The Root Chakra is associated with grounding, safety, and stability. We’ll explore how an unbalanced root chakra can lead to insecurity, fear, or feeling disconnected. You’ll learn powerful practices to strengthen your connection to the earth, cultivate security, and develop a sense of belonging. We’ll explore grounding exercises, yoga poses, crystals, and affirmations to work on this chakra. The class will conclude with a guided meditation to open and balance the Root Chakra, leaving you grounded and centered.

This class is ideal for anyone interested in personal growth, energy healing, yoga, meditation, or spiritual development. Whether you’re new to the concept of chakras or looking to deepen your understanding, this course will provide you with practical tools to enhance your life.
Format:
Each session includes a combination of lecture, guided meditation, interactive exercises, and discussion. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how to balance your chakras and integrate this knowledge into your daily life.
FAQ's
Class Investment: $25 per class or $150 for all 7 classes! ($25 savings, meaning you get one class for FREE!)
Class Series: This first class will have the only opportunity to purchase the entire 7 class pass. Each corresponding class will be listed individually.
Class Style: This class will be a combination of lecture, Q&A, & guided meditation.
Class Setup: Yoga style setup. (We do have chairs available for those of you who cannot be seated on the floor for too long.)
Refreshments: Each class at Erstwhile Studios features free access to our fully stocked studio tea bar. You are also welcome to bring your own.
Additional Info: Our studio area can be on the chilly side, please dress with the option of layers.
Provisions: Erstwhile has enough chairs, mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets for 12 attendees. This class will be opened up to 18 students.
Please bring those items if you have /would like to use them during class. Our items are first come first serve.
