Effective Balancing Techniques: Students will master a variety of techniques for balancing and aligning chakras, including meditation, energy healing, and yoga poses tailored to each chakra. Holistic Well-being: Students will showcase improved holistic well-being, including emotional, physical, and spiritual balance, as a result of applying chakra healing principles.
