Charkradance is a dance done with your eyes closed, allowing you to deeply drop into a meditative state, where I will take you on a journey using guild visualisation and music, taking you to unknown places of wonder and awe. An experience where you will unlock the hidden gems within you.
To free the blocks from each chakra with ease and flow, whether your chakras are overactive or underactive, allowing them back into harmonious balance.
It is a beautiful fusion of Jung Phycology, chakra resonant music, dance, guided visualisation, and art expression.
The art expression is a continuation of the healing process and
an extension of the journey you dance into being.
