We are excited to offer this special Celebration workshop, 7 Dances to Wholeness, for women who want to reconnect with their authentic selves and connect to their soul’s journey.
In this workshop, we will explore ways to connect to the wisdom of your soul. We will use dance and meditation as our primary means of expression and connection.
We will explore the chakras, our energy centers, and the seven dances to bodily wholeness through dance movement therapy and meditation. This will help you connect to your soul’s wisdom to live more fully aligned with your true, authentic self.
This is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of your daily life and take time for yourself and your path in life. We will provide space and time for self-reflection, dance movement therapy, art, and meditation. You will also have the chance to connect with other like-minded women and share your experiences.
