Join me for this magical Chakradance event as we set our intentions on healing Manipura-our Solar plexus chakra. This is our power centre with the element of fire fuelling our metabolism and digestive system. Confidence self esteem self worth are founded and nurtured here. Our personal power is key to our wellbeing. During this workshop we will set our healing intention on releasing stuck energy so that we can fully ignite our true power and purpose and live fully present within our strong protective personal boundaries. Let go of self doubt, confusion, insecurity, people pleasing. The workshop will last just over 2 hours and will consist of the following:
