Join me for this magical Chakradance event as we set our intentions on healing Svadhistana - The Sacral Chakra. Our second chakra is the home of our passion, creativity and deepest desires. Associated with the water element, it's about flowing with our emotions, our feelings, our sensuality and sexuality. Life's challenges can numb us to our creativity and intuition... our soul food.
During this workshop we will set our healing intention on releasing stuck energy at this centre thus allowing our creativeness to flow from deep within. When our Sacral Chakra is balanced, our relationship with ourselves, the world and other people is centered around nurturing pleasurable harmonious exchange. We feel authentic joy. The workshop will last just over two hours and will consist of the following:

• Guided Visualisation
• Chakradance (Around 1 hour)
• Mandala artwork
