Join our 9-week Social & Emotional Resilience Program for Children (5-9yrs) and help your child develop coping skills, strengthen their sense of self, and build resilience. The program is facilitated by a qualified child counsellor and focuses on developing lifelong skills in mindfulness, self-regulation, emotional literacy, body awareness, and more.
Classes are kept small with a maximum of 6 children per program and take place weekly. Next program starts on 10th January 2025 to 14th March 2025 for Year 1 and Year 2 children.
