Chakradance - Heart Chakra Live Workshop

Join Roshni for this magical Chakradance event as we set our intentions on healing our Heart Chakra. This fourth chakra is the bridge between the lower (physical) chakras and the upper (spiritual) chakras. Our heart is our source of love and life where our Yin and Yang energy unite. Anahata is the sanskrit name, meaning unhurt. Are you getting hurt with life's challenges, judgemental, holding grudges, holding unforgiveness, pain in your upper back, have heart problems or poor circulation, During this workshop we will set our intention on releasing stuck energy at this centre thus allowing our compassion, forgiveness, love and connection to flow freely . When we heal our heart, we heal ourselves physically and mentally. We are able to be fully present for ourselves and our loved ones. We flow abundantly in our divine essence of love. The workshop will last around 2 hours and will consist of the following:

• Guided Visualisation

• Chakradance (Around 1 hour)
