No dance experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to embrace the beauty of the present moment. You can rave like a banshee or gently sway your body. You can even sit down if you have mobility problems.
This is a time just for you.

You can expect relaxing meditations, movement or dance to healing music resonant to the frequency of each chakra, gently releasing any stuck energy, with soothing reiki energy filling the space. We then place the energy you have danced into some mandala artwork for you to take home. All within a peaceful, nurturing, healing space.
