Re-tune your whole mind-body-spirit energy system and cultivate a deep sense of balance and wellbeing. You are invited to turn your focus inward for an embodied somatic experience through guided meditation (with eyes closed or gaze lowered) moving your body intuitively to chakra resonant music. Each week you will anchor your unique experience with the creation of a mandala.
